Dr. San San Min

Dr. San San Min (MBBS, MSc, MAcadMEd, EuSpLM, AFRACMA, FRCP, FRCPath, FRCPA) is a lipid specialist at The Cardiac Centre NSW. She is seeing patients with various lipid disorders including statin intolerance, hypertriglyceridaemia, management of cardiovascular risk factors, initiation of the new injectable cholesterol lowering PCSK9 inhibitors treatment, familial hypercholesterolaemia for genetic testings including reverse cascade screening in children, and lipid clinical research trials.

Dr Min completed her lipid specialist training at London tertiary lipid centre – Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals, King’s College Hospital and Barts Health NHS Trust. She also worked at Sydney Royal Prince Alfred Hospital lipid clinic and lipid clinical trials centre.

Dr. Min is a chemical pathologist at Wollongong Hospitals: NSW Health Pathology and Southern IML Pathology. She is also an honorary clinical senior lecturer of the School of Medicine at the University of Wollongong and an affiliated researcher with Illawarra Health and Medical Research Institute.
